Used it all in just one day. This wasn’t the product size I needed. It was a great item though. I needed it on pretty much all of my gardening plants. It was originally for my lemon tree. I happened to have Diseased Apple trees as well. Also I wanted to keep spider mites off of my strawberries. I also wanted to put some in my vermicompost. Hey, this product is safe on worms. Neem is also an anti fungal, you would be surprised to know your compost may not have all beneficial bacteria growing in it.. just saying. I use molasses to help maintain and feed good microbes, that neem might be nonbenifiacal too. If you do not have neem oil, and you are considering it.. it’s a great product.. just don’t spray when your plant is in bloom..
I bought this because one of my indoor palms have mites. Spider mites. And I read a lot of reviews it said this product killed their plant. I did not experience the same thing. I clean the plants leaves with water and a very light soap and then dry the leaves. Then I sprayed the plants with this Neem Oil spray. And then once the leaves dried with the spray I sprayed with water and water the base of the plant. After about 5 to 6 days the lights were gone and it looked like some of my leaves it turned brown. But I brought the plant back to life. I talked to it every morning and rubbed its leaves and sprayed the leaves with a light water in the morning and the plant is back looking healthy again.
I bought this due to an aphid problem on some of my vegetable plants...a friend recommended I try it..It took regular application for 7 days but man did it work. I have not had a problem since, and any sign of pesky insects on my plants, I spray it down and they are gone. The fact that it's organic is also very cool. I would still wash any produce just to be sure before eating. I bought a larger size concentrate that I mix with water to have on hand for any new plants I'm growing. Works great and if you love your garden, then you should have this oil on hand!
Natria Neem Oil Spray is all it claims and more! I wish I had taken before and after pictures of my plants. My wife and I decided to try indoor gardening this winter. before the first freeze we brought in few chives shoots and a couple of pepper plants. After a few weeks we discovered our chives covered with baby slugs and our peppers covered with aphids. I hastily went online and without much research bought this Neem oil. The product stated that we should be able to safely get rid of our problem in 4 - 5 applications of the non-toxic treatment. Now normally I'm not a big believer in natural pesticides, but since I would be applying them in the house I didn't have much choice. Wow! Amazing! after just one application and about 24 hours later, there isn't a trace of the slugs and aphids. I am a very happy customer.
I used this mainly for mites and rust on my Althea bushes. Used it for powdery mildew. I have used other products that worked pretty well but the Neem for pest, organic, etc has worked the best. I’m really surprised! I have new little green leaves after two uses. The others I was starting to halt the progression of disease but no new green growth like with the Neem. My Althea was large and gorgeous, not the usual little ones and they were being decimated until Neem. I do use a little more in mix than recommended and I spray every four days at least to get control of this blight. I’m very pleased. I used other 3 n 1, fungicides, copper, u name it. I initially bout just 24 ounces of spray and then ordered the concentrate when I saw how well it works.
I noticed that my dieffenbachia had THRIPS! I was horrified to see these pests, as I had only had problems with fungus gnats before I learned how to deal with those annoying bugs. I was already planning to buy neem oil, so this was the perfect catalyst. I rinsed my diffy off in the shower and sprayed the soil as well as both over and under all the leaves with the neem oil. The very next day, I used a piece of tape to slowly delete all thrips I could find under the leaves, and there were around 20-30 in one go. 2-3 days later, there were around 3-5 each day I checked, and within the week, I could find no more. I'm so happy with this product but I have used it sparingly along with Natria's insecticide, hydrogen peroxide for the gnats, and sticky traps.
I do not use chemicals in my garden unless I absolutely have no other choice. Neem oil is a natural product of the Indian Neem Tree. It is a traditional insecticide, derived from both seeds and leaves. As my overwintering abutilons developed a massive scale infestation while indoors, I needed a safe way to treat the plants. To my pleasant surprise, the Neem spray immediately killed the scale. Scale insects are often hard to eradicate, and these plants were covered in overlapping scale insects. A huge fern was hiding the problem until it was time for my plants to go outdoors again. I was shocked by the sheer quantity of scale. I sprayed once, letting the oil drip down the stems, there was no leaf loss or foliage burn, just dead scale insects. I haven't had to treat the plants again, so far.
I think it works! My plants were neglected for a couple months when I was away for work a lot, and I returned to gnats, spider mites, and mealy bugs! I haven't seen any more gnats since using it. I had a very small infestation to begin with, and it hasn't spread. The spider mites are almost gone--saw a couple little threads of web last night, so I sprayed that plant down again. The package says to repeat treatment weekly for a few weeks. I have not had to trash any plant babies, so I'm happy. I've been treating the mealy bugs with a solution of rubbing alcohol and water--I don't think neem oil is effective against them. The neem oil doesn't have an odor or leave stains on my stained wood plant stand. Seems pretty safe.
My plants played unwilling host to an awful spider mite infestation. This stuff is bringing the survivors back to life! They were severely damaged by the mites so recovery will be long, but they are not sustaining new damage now that I’m using the Natria spray. To treat an infestation, you have to use a lot: I apply it all over every 3 days while the infestation was bad, now down to every 5 days. I spray the plants all over until they are coated and dripping. It’s hydrophobic oil, so not apply in weather over 90 degrees, or the leaves might get heat burn.
This product is so amazing! I have/had these tiny off white mites that blended really well with my plants, so well that I could hardly even see them at all. They started to make these little nests to lay their eggs in, that seemed like they were made of spider web material. Then plants began to die! So of course I went on Amazon right away and found this miracle neem oil in a really convenient spray bottle. As soon as I received my order, I ripped the bag open, found the neem oil, and immediately started spraying my plants. It kills them IMMEDIATELY! It’s a clean, very safe way of getting rid of these mites. I sprayed my plants two times, one week apart. I haven’t seen one single mite, or any different kind of bugs that my indoor plants may be susceptible to! If you’re wondering what you should purchase for your indoor plants, it’s this! You can’t go wrong!
I am a crazy plant lady. I have over 30 indoor plants and if you are like me, you know that with indoor plants, come pests like fungus gnats and mosquitos. I have tried diatomaceous earth, mosquito pellets, sand, letting my plants get bone dry. LITERALLY EVERYTHING!!! It made my beautiful babies look so ugly and it made my watering schedule so cumbersome. On top of that, the freaking gnats and mosquitoes were still buzzing around my house. I got this as a last-ditch effort. My husband literally told me if this doesn't work my plants would have to go outside. I sprayed the neem oil all over the soil and on the trays of my plants. I could tell on the first day that the gnats didn't like it. There was a significant reduction that first spray. The next day I did one more round. The third day... there was no buzzing... no annoying flying gnats or mosquitos to be found!! Now as maintenance when I water, I give the soil a good spray. I have not had any infestations and I water normally. This product saved my plant collection <3
This product worked to get rid of the spider mites I had inside. Worse than spider mites though are Amazon's labor practices. If Amazon is allowed to unionize, they can negotiate for better conditions and y'all won't be able to treat them like robots that don't have bodily functions.
This stuff is my go-to for controlling bugs in my garden. I have had whole seasons where my rose bushes didn’t bloom because the bugs were so bad. But I didn’t want to use anything in my yard that was not organic. It works in my whole garden right up to the day of harvest. I sprayed my cucumbers, tomatoes, melons, zucchini, green beans, sunflowers, grapes, strawberries….well everything in my yard that produces fruit or flowers and what a difference it made! My roses bloomed, and for the first time in many years, the squash bug hasn’t killed my zucchini. I prefer to spray my plants in the evening as the sun is setting. And you have to make sure you don’t skimp on the spraying and getting both sides of the leaves as best as you can. It doesn’t stink and when it inevitably got on my skin, I suffered no ill effects. But I did make sure to wash up as soon as possible. I even managed to save my neighbors rose bushes. They had gone away for the weekend and asked me to water for them. I discovered munched on rose bushes and other flowers in their yard. I grabbed the Neem oil and gave it a spray. They were so happy with it, they even went and bought some of their own to continue treating as they didn’t know what was even going on. Next year I plan on using this as a preventive from the start before problems start, and would recommend everyone have a bottle of this on hand.
I am a first time gardener and as most first timers was not really aware of the bugs that come with gardening. My cucumber plant started showing wilting, initially I thought they had wilt and would die, I took a risk and used this product and thankfully it worked, my cucumber plants are recovering. I am using as a preventative measure on my tomatoes, cilantro, strawberries, and jalapeno plants. I also used on my indoor plants for gnats, they have significantly reduced in the 4 days that I've been applying. It said to use for 7 days straight for infestation, which I am treating all of my plants this way. So far not my vegetables, fruits, or houseplants have shown sign of damage due this product. I did go through the first bottle in the first day due to the number of plants I own. I recommend this specific product if you have 5 or fewer plants. If you have more, I HIGHLY recommend buying the concentrated version and sprayer. You will save a lot of money.
I had pink mealybugs on my hibiscus. The interwebs told me I needed Neem oil. I read lots of reviews and settled on this one. Let me address some of the reviews and the various concerns brought up by them. 1) I have absolutely no idea what the concentration of neem is vs everything else. Frankly, I also don’t care. 2) people seem to be deeply upset that it recommends you wear gloves and apply this carefully so as to not get it on your hands. I don’t put much stock in earnings so I held the hibiscus in my hands while spraying and figured if it started to burn or my skin started to fall off I’d wash it off. I was absolutely fine. I obviously wash my hands afterwards but trust me, this stuff isn’t going to hurt you. 3) yes, it works. I don’t follow the directions to spray in a 7 or 14 day cycle. I just spray whenever I notice a mealybug. I will say that if I spray in the morning the sun will burn the leaves wherever this has been pooling. So I now go out around dusk and spray so it sits all night and is dry the next morning. Best of luck to all my fellow gardeners!!
I bought a French Pussy Willow last spring 2021 and not long after planting it I noticed some black beetle looking bugs on the leaves. These bugs were striping the leaves! I thought for sure the plant would be ruined. I bought this product and sprayed it all over the plant hoping it would save the pitiful looking thing. The bugs fell immediately off of the leaves! I had to spray the plant a couple of times due to heavy rainfall washing the neem oil off, but was so easy to do. Now the plant is beautiful and growing faster than any plant I've ever seen! I also spray it around the outside light fixture next to my patio door because bugs would swarm around it at night, drawing spiders and their icky webs. I'm amazed how well it worked to keep many bugs away. Not all but I haven't seen any webs around the light fixture.
